Songs like this are why she’s arguably the best current female R&B artist in the game. It’s a classic interpolation of a classic (if you know you know)!
(But if you don’t know here!)

Maeta – “Decimate”
Impressive.
Mez, UMI – “Platinum Fubu”
This is what I do this for: to help spotlight underrated gems like this.
SAHXL – “Rain”
Super super-smooth.
Che Ecru – “Leather Stitch”
Che Ecru has been a revelation for me this year. He just put out an excellent album, Ecru Without U. Making some of the best Trap Soul music in the industry.
E-40, Anderson .Paak, Al B. Sure! – “Night In The Bay”
Can’t go wrong with a “Nite and Day” sample!
Jorja Smith – “I Lied, You Lied”
Tyla – “HOT TUBS”
I like A*POP. It’s good, cohesive, I like the energy and the singles are big-time. And the best track in my opinion was saved for last. One of the best alt–R&B tracks of the year.
Victoria Monet – “Reach Out”
Been a fan since 2014✌️
Chlöe, Timbaland – “Caught”
She’s one of the best R&B/Pop artists in the industry.
